The distinct flavor of the oregano and sage sea salt compliments a wide variety of meats and vegetables. I sprinkle it on my salmon, chicken, potatoes, and steamed vegetables. All you need is a little olive oil, lemon, and savory salt to make a delicious and simple meal.

Oregano is known for the Italian aroma as well as it’s medicinal properties. Sage is also known as a culinary and medicinal herb. Sage can strengthen your nervous system and memory as well as can sharpen your senses. In the past, people used sage to treat strains, swelling, ulcers, and throat infections due to it’s anti-inflammatory properties.

It is important to use fresh herbs. They loose many of their vitamins and powerful antioxidants when dried. Oregano is very easy to grow. Sage is hardy as well. For my seasoning salts, I only use fresh herbs and sea salts that are unprocessed so they contain more minerals. There are not any additives, preservatives or anti-caking agents in the salts. You will be amazed at how clean they taste.
