This is so simple, light, and refreshing. All you need is a banana, small cup of Greek yogurt, Granola, fresh berries, and some honey to sweeten it.
First, slice the banana down the middle along the curve. Place the banana on a plate shaped like a boat. Then scoop the yogurt in the middle of the boat. Place the fruit on the sides of the yogurt and then sprinkle the granola on top. Drizzle with honey and serve. It tastes as good as it looks.
