I had leftover chicken from the Lettuce Chicken Wraps and needed a new way to get my daughter to eat the chicken. For some reason, she is avoiding poultry. Wrapping it in a crescent roll is a sure way to get her to try chicken again and she loved these.
They are so easy to make. Buy the premade crescent dough in the refrigerator isle. I love this Immaculate Baking brand. Roll them out and add some chicken and top with cheese. Start rolling the long side first and place the pointed side of the triangle on the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
